How should we reach you?

Share the essentials. Vehicle details come next.

Confirm your municipality

Your ZIP or the page you visited does not confirm your municipality. If unsure, leave it unconfirmed; our team will help. Where you usually keep the vehicle is verified separately.

Only the essentials. Do not include Social Security numbers, full license numbers or payment details.

This starts a quote request—not an instant premium or active coverage.

Prepare your actual situation

How do limits and deductibles fit your household?

For a household in Hackensack City reviewing two proposals, compare the declarations pages, which summarize coverage. A limit is the maximum paid under a coverage for a covered loss; a deductible is your share before the insurer pays the remaining covered amount. Compare protection, not just the monthly payment.

For a financed or leased vehicle in Garfield City, compare the contract with the proposal. “Full coverage” is informal, not a fixed package. Collision generally addresses impact damage; comprehensive covers specified non-collision losses, such as theft or fire. Exclusions still apply, and the contract may set coverage, limit and deductible conditions.

  • Match liability, PIP medical-expense protection and uninsured/underinsured motorist selections before comparing prices.
  • Check collision and comprehensive separately, including each deductible and what you could pay yourself.
  • Confirm required lender or leasing-company details and acceptable insurance documents before vehicle delivery.

Prepare your actual situation

What should you confirm before a new driver takes the keys?

A household in Fort Lee Borough adding a young driver should identify the current stage: learner permit, probationary license or basic license. Tell the insurer about licensed household drivers and regular vehicle users. A car being in a parent’s name does not establish automatic coverage for the new driver.

Give the actual address where each car is usually kept or parked—its garaging location—not only the confirmed municipality and ZIP. Describe trips to work or school, mileage and who uses each car. Declare paid deliveries or rideshare separately; do not assume personal auto insurance covers those activities.

  • Prepare vehicle year, make and model, plus the VIN if requested through an appropriate secure channel.
  • Ask whether the permit holder or newly licensed driver must be disclosed or listed before driving.
  • Confirm driver treatment, effective date and issued insurance documents with the insurer; a request alone creates no coverage.

Questions before you request options

Should I choose a higher deductible for a lower price?

A higher deductible may lower the premium but increases your share of a covered claim. Compare equivalent protection first, then check what you could afford and what your financing contract permits.

Can my lease require additional coverage?

Yes, depending on the contract. It may require collision, comprehensive, specified limits or deductible conditions beyond state-required insurance. Ask the leasing company for its requirements and compare them with the policy; “full coverage” alone is not confirmation.

Is gap included with collision and comprehensive?

No, not automatically. Gap addresses a loan or lease balance under separate terms. Check your financing documents for existing protection and ask about availability, the balance addressed, limits and exclusions. This page does not promise UPIX access to gap.

Is a newly licensed driver automatically on our family policy?

Do not assume so. Tell the insurer about the driver’s license stage and actual vehicle use, then confirm listing and coverage requirements before driving. Student or training discounts are conditional; acceptance, price and coverage are not guaranteed.

Coverage, pricing, discounts and eligibility depend on the insurer and applicant. No instant premium or coverage is provided by this form.
